Before you hand over your vehicle, make sure all personal belongings are removed. It is also suggested to take a photograph of your car if you have any fond memories with it.

Once your vehicle is submitted, we will process it for environment-friendly recycling. This begins with the removal of all hazardous materials including fluids before dismantling begins to remove the metal parts. Click here to learn about the Cero process.

When you submit your ELV, we will require the following documents from you: RC book, PAN card of vehicle owner, address proof, and a cancelled cheque. Other vehicles may be requested on a case-to-case basis.

Yes, you can. When scrapping or recycling a vehicle, it is not required that the registration certificate be valid.

When you submit your vehicle for recycling, CERO will provide a Certificate of Deposit mentioning the vehicle details. We will also provide an assurance certificate which confirms that the vehicles will be used by us only for recycling purpose.

On submission of your vehicle to CERO, we will provide you with a Certificate of Deposit. Once vehicle is recycled completely, we will provide you with a Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping. It will have all the information about your vehicle and its date of recycling.

The Certification of Vehicle Scrapping is issued to the vehicle owner once the vehicle has been completely recycled. You can call us at our toll-free number 1800-267-6000 to learn about the status by sharing the vehicle registration number.

When you call or submit your vehicle details on our website, we will make an initial offer based on your vehicle’s make, model, and year of manufacture, location, and condition. The final price offer is provided only after the vehicle has been physically inspected by our team.

We pay directly to the vehicle owner via NEFT/RTGS transfer or by cheque.

The prices vary based on the weight of the vehicle. A heavier vehicle will fetch more money when it is scrapped.

Cero will verify the registered ownership of a vehicle before accepting it. This is important to prevent any form of fraud. So, only the registered owner can offer us their vehicle. Besides, the payment is made only to the registered owner.

If your vehicle is in running condition, it must have a valid insurance policy. If it is not, transit insurance can be issued and will cost you. If the vehicle is towed, there will be no need for insurance.

Yes, it can be. You can donate your vehicle and we have a tie-up with an NGO called Nanhi Kali where the proceeds from your vehicle will go. The NGO works for Girl Child Education. The organization runs programs that support free primary education for girl children from underprivileged backgrounds. You will be receiving an 80G certificate for the price of your vehicle from the NGO.

Yes, we have a thorough privacy policy to protect the privacy of all our clients.

Depending on the state in which the vehicle is present, the relevant RTO norms will differ. CERO will provide all help required to the customer for deregistration of vehicle from the relevant RTO.

Once the deal is finalised, our executives will schedule the vehicle pickup at you earliest convenience. Usually, vehicle pickups happen within 48 hours.

Yes, we accept all types of scrap or end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). Depending on the missing parts, the price of the vehicle gets determined.

Yes, we do accept vehicles without wheels. We have the resources to collect such vehicles.

No, it is not necessary. If your vehicle is in running condition, you may consider dropping it at our collection facility or our executives can collect it from your provided address for pick-up. If your vehicle is not in running condition, we can tow it to our collection facility.

Yes, we do accept damaged vehicles. Such vehicles are classified as accident End-of-Life Vehicles. You will be provided with a quote based on the degree of damage to your vehicle and its parts.

Yes, you can. We also accept old or end-of-life trucks and buses. For your information, we deal with all types of vehicles: Cars, Two Wheelers, Three wheelers, Trucks & Buses, and also Industrial Scraps.
