No, but the quote you receive from our website is based on the assumption that your vehicle has all the parts in place. The final rate will be decided after a physical inspection, which maybe on-site or remote. Be assured that Cero will give you the best and most transparent cost.

Not necessary! If the vehicle is in running condition, you can drop it at the collection centre or our executive/s will collect it up from the pick-up address provided. If the vehicle is not in running condition, it will be towed to the collection centre.

No, Cero accepts damaged cars. These will be termed as accident End-of- Life Vehicles. The quote you receive will depend on the extent of damage to the vehicle and its parts.

Yes, we recycle trucks and buses as well. Cero deals with four categories – Cars, Trucks & Buses, Two Wheelers and Industrial Scraps.

Along with the keys, the vehicle owner should submit the following documents: vehicle RC book, address proof, PAN Card of the owner and a cancelled cheque (for payment purposes only).

Yes! Registration certificate doesn’t need to be valid in order to scrap/recycle a vehicle.

Based on the vehicle’s year, make, model, location, condition, etc. we will offer you an approximate price on call/ website. The final offer price will be made by the team post physical inspection of the car. The offer made will be transparent and the best.

The payment will be made directly to the vehicle owner either by cheque or through NEFT/RTGS transfer.

All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before handing it over. And maybe take a picture too, as a reminder of old memories and a move towards a cleaner nation.

The authorized recycler will provide you with a receipt containing pickup information along with payment information that you will need to sign on.

After submission, ensuring a proper send-off for your vehicle becomes our responsibility. Your vehicle will be recycled in an environment friendly manner by us. Yes, but don’t worry we will take care of that for you. After completely dismantling your vehicle, we will send the destruction certificate to the respective RTO authority and notify them.

Once the price is finalized, your car can be picked up within 48 hours – of course, based on your convenience.

The prices are different for different vehicles as they are based on the vehicle’s weight. The heavier the vehicle, the more value it will fetch when scrapped.

If your car is in running condition then a valid insurance policy is necessary. In the absence of a valid insurance policy, a transit insurance can be issued, which will be chargeable. In case your car is to be towed, insurance will not be needed.

Yes! Cero will provide the vehicle owner with a Certificate of Destruction, which will have details of the vehicle and the date of recycling.

The Certification of Destruction will be delivered to the vehicle owner after the vehicle recycle process has been completed. You can enquire about the status by calling our toll-free number - 1800-267-6000, and sharing your vehicle’s registration number.

Sure! Your old car can act as a donation if you’d like. We have a tie-up with Nanhi Kali, an NGO that dedicatedly works for Girl Child Education. They provide free primary education to underprivileged girl children in India. The price we offer for your vehicle will be sent across to the NGO and you will receive an 80G certificate for it, directly from the NGO.

In order to prevent fraud, Cero accepts vehicles only from the registered owner. Payment will be made to the registered owner of the vehicle.
